Gain An Agreement In Principle From A Mortgage Lender

Once you have decided upon the mortgage that is best you, your adviser will gain an Agreement In Principle from the chosen lender. This is an initially agreement between the lender and yourself, it is based on the information that you have given so far and confirms how much they would potentially be willing to lend.

Fill Out A Full Application Form And Pass To Lender For Processing

After your application has been submitted it will be passed to one of our dedicated onsite administration team, if you have any difficulties you can speak to either your administrator or adviser this means that someone will always be available to help you and ensure the swift progress of your mortgage.

Instruct A Legal Advisor

Upon application you will be asked to instruct a solicitor who will carry out searches on the property and arrange dates for exchange and completion or Somerby Financial Soultions Limited can recommend one for you.

Mortgage Offer Issued

Somerby Financial Solutions always aims to get your application to Offer as quickly as possible. We will liase with your solicitors to ensure a swift exchange of contracts. (Please note this cannot take place until you have a mortgage offer.)
